The COVID-19 pandemic magnified the need for organizations to leverage technology for day-to-day business and maintain communications with external and internal stakeholders. As a result of remote work successes throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations have adopted a hybrid working environment approach (in the office/telework) versus the traditional office 5-day work week. Understanding how employees view their remote working environment and the technology used for day-to-day business is paramount to the success of an organization. Dr. Dennis Beatty will discuss best practices for leveraging technology for daily business and recommendations for organizational leaders leading teams in a hybrid working environment. The 60-minute webinar concludes with a moderated live question and answer period.
Capitol Technology University offers the webinar as a complimentary, informational service. This webinar offers a Certificate of Attendance.
