Special Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, our scheduled speaker Dr. David Gianna will not be available. Dr. Susan Goodwin, former Asst. VP for Information Security with Bank of America, and Capitol Tech faculty member in Cybersecurity, has graciously consented to provide the presentation. We apologize for this last-minute change.
Cybersecurity in the financial sector, particularly in banking, is critical to the nation's health. Security is paramount when payment cards (credit and debit cards) are used. The sheer number of daily payment card transactions is mind-boggling. Some 5,000 transactions occur every second.
Banking cybersecurity expert Dr. Susan Goodwin will discuss the financial sector's cybersecurity challenges and how it is working to ensure the industry is safe and secure. Anyone who banks or uses a credit or debit card will benefit from this session.
The 60-minute webinar concludes with a moderated live question and answer period. Capitol Technology University offers the webinar as a complimentary, informational service. This webinar offers a Certificate of Attendance.
