Elliot Ownbey

Elliot Ownbey graduated with a B.S. in Cyber & Information Security from Capitol Tech and is currently earning their M.Res in Cyberpsychology with us. During their time as an undergraduate student, Elliot worked in multiple positions at the University, including within the Cyber Battle Lab and Digital Forensics Lab, where they were student lead. Elliot has also earned an Associate’s of Arts from Aims Community College. They moved out to Maryland from northern Colorado, using their experience in visual arts and professional ghostwriting to bring a fresh, creative perspective to the field of cybersecurity. Elliot currently works at Clarity Cyber as a technical writer and cyberpsychology analyst. When not reviewing chunks of data or attacking virtual machines, Elliot can often be found playing either tabletop and board games, or a variety of PC and Nintendo games.
