Dr. Will Gorham is a Dissertation Chair with Capitol Technology University in Cyber Leadership and Occupational Risk Management. Dr. Gorham has devoted much of his life to public service, having served over 21 years in the US Navy as an intelligence officer. He is an expert system engineering advisor to federal agencies and private companies on critical infrastructure security, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) technology insertion, counterintelligence security, and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).  

Dr. Gorham earned his Ph.D. in Critical Infrastructure from Capitol Technology University, an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the University of Virginia, an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from US Naval War College, and an M.S. in Military Art and Sciences from US Army Command & General Staff College. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Executive International Business Program and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Executive Global Supply Chain Management Program.
