Dr. Troy C. Troublefield is an Adjunct Professor and Dissertation Chair with Capitol Technology University, specializing in Cyber Leadership, Cyberpsychology, Cybersecurity, Forensic Cyberpsychology, and Global Security and Intelligence. He has a rich educational background, holding multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) from the International School of Management in 2017 and a Ph.D. in Cyberpsychology from Capitol Technology University in 2024. He is on track to complete a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Capella University and an M.S. in Strategic Information and Cyberspace Studies from the National Defense University in 2026. 

Dr. Troublefield’s professional career spans two decades in strategic intelligence and cybersecurity. He has served as a Program Manager for U.S. European Command and as a Senior Business Operations Specialist, demonstrating expertise in Military Information Support Operations (MISO), policy development, and joint operational planning. He has also held teaching roles at esteemed institutions such as the National Intelligence University and the Joint Special Operations University, where he has imparted knowledge in strategic intelligence, leadership, and cybersecurity. 

His research interests include cyberpsychology, network security, and the intersection of software-defined networks with containers for enhancing cybersecurity. Dr. Troublefield has published extensively, including peer-reviewed journal articles and dissertations on topics such as cross-cultural competence in military operations and leadership strategies in information-rich environments.
