Dr. Phil Muna
Adjunct Professor
Dr. Phil Muna is the Director of Environment Health Safety at South Pacific Petroleum Corporation and the Industrial Hygiene Director at Dusit Thani Guam Resort. He has over 35 years’ experience in the fields of Safety and Health.
He is an evangelist for the profession, and since 2022, has been an adjunct Professor at Capitol Technology University in Laurel, MD, mentoring Doctoral candidates in the Occupational Health and Safety program.
A US Air Force veteran, Dr. Muna has earned a master's degree (M.S.) from Columbia Southern University, a Ph.D in Occupational Health and Safety from Capitol Technology University, and is completing a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D) from Liberty University.
