Dr. James Gaius Ibe

James Gaius Ibe, PhD, CAE, CAM is a Dissertation Chair with Capitol Technology University. He is a tenured professor of economics, finance, and business management as well as a Certified Malcolm Baldrige Board Examiner. Dr. Ibe possesses over 36 years of post-doctorate research and graduate teaching experience and over 28 years of teaching experience with the United States Air Force (USAF) personnel at the Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. He is a subject matter expert in Economic Science, International Economics, and Cross-Functional Generalized Expert-Management Science.
Dr. Ibe has over 40,000 hours of cumulative executive management professional practice in financial engineering with extensive AI applications, and extensive professional expertise in economic development, small and mid-sized enterprises, micro enterprise financing and innovative capitalization, and skills acquisition. He is a NGOs, World Bank, and USAID technical consultant, with extensive professional expertise in management strategies, management systems and business models, global security, financial, ICS, and SCADA cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and financial risk mitigation utilizing AI applications.
Dr. Ibe is a former United States Department of Energy-National Nuclear Security- Principal Investigator and Associate Certified Fraud Examiner with extensive AI applications to detect, deter, and mitigate financial fraud and crimes.
He has demonstrable Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory experience which includes valuation, modeling, financial due diligence (FDD), reporting, and deal management under pressure within a disruptive and rapidly changing deal environment.
Dr. Ibe has chaired many doctoral dissertations and successfully guided doctoral candidates using quantitative and qualitative statistical methodologies through the dissertation process. He serves on several corporate boards, and the editorial boards of many academic journals and publishing companies.
