Dr. Delores Springs, DSL serves as a Dissertation Chair with Capitol Technology University, guiding doctoral students in Healthcare Technology, Cyberpsychology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools Management, and Health Informatics. She specializes in AI-driven business transformation, digital health innovation, and leadership development, ensuring that students' research aligns with industry trends and emerging technological advancements. 

In addition to her role at Capitol Tech, Dr. Springs is an Adjunct Faculty and Capstone Advisor for the MBA program at Eastern University, where she teaches business strategy, healthcare innovation, and technology integration. She also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Midland University, delivering doctoral-level coursework in organizational leadership, business analytics, and AI applications in management. 

Dr. Springs has held executive leadership positions in academia and industry, providing strategic consulting to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and healthcare organizations. As CEO of Springs of Hope Consulting LLC, she has led initiatives focused on AI implementation in healthcare, business intelligence, cybersecurity, and enterprise leadership. Her expertise has been sought by organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, IBM, Google, and Capital One, where she has advised on AI adoption, machine learning strategies, and digital transformation frameworks. 

A distinguished scholar-practitioner, Dr. Springs has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters on AI-driven healthcare management, cybersecurity leadership, and business strategy. Her research explores the intersection of AI, informatics, and leadership, contributing to advancements in smart healthcare systems, AI ethics, and cyberpsychology. She is also an active academic reviewer for multiple journals, ensuring the integrity and rigor of scholarly research in business, healthcare, and technology. 

Beyond academia, Dr. Springs has played a pivotal role in leadership and policy development. She has served as an advisor for international organizations, including the Republic of Rwanda’s Ministry of Infrastructure, where she contributed to healthcare technology initiatives and public health strategy. She has also served on the boards of the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey and The Auerbach Global Foundation, leading efforts in accreditation, executive training, and AI-driven organizational strategy.  

She continues to drive innovation and excellence in AI, healthcare informatics, and organizational leadership, bridging the gap between research and industry to develop future leaders in business and technology.
