Dr. Chris D. Bellamy serves as a Dissertation Chair with Capitol Technology University for students studying Aeronautical Science, Business Data Analytics, Space Operations, and Uncrewed Systems Applications. Additionally, Dr. Bellamy is a Professor of Business and Aviation at Everglades University in Tampa Florida. In this role, Dr. Bellamy teaches in each of the degree programs including the Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems (sUAS) drone program. Dr. Bellamy serves as the Tampa Campus Response Team (CRT) and contributes as Faculty Advisor for the Florida Airport Council. 

He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Liberty University in the online Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) programs. He specializes in Leadership Performance and Organizational Behavior. Furthermore, he serves as Doctoral Dissertation Chair in the School of Business and the School of Education.  

Throughout his career, Dr. Bellamy's primary Responsibility, Accountability and Authority (RAA) in senior leadership positions led to improved leadership team performance and manufacturing processes, resulting in his winning the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Texas Quality Award. Both of these honors demonstrate his dedication to organizational excellence and continuous organizational improvement. His service in leadership positions at various levels and locations around the globe has provided him a reputation as a skilled and experienced professional. He has extensive breadth, depth, and application of experience in building diverse teams and organizational strategy development. 

Dr. Bellamy is a retired Aerospace Senior Flight Operations Manager. His over 40 years in the Aerospace industry includes experience in Commercial and Military programs. His depth of experience is in manufacturing and live aircraft operations. His experience includes Program Management, Operations Management, Business Development, Logistics, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Earned Value Management (EVM) and direct Flightline Air Operations. Since his retirement from the United States Air Force and Boeing, Dr. Bellamy has been actively involved in scholarly research, presenting and publishing a variety of topics ranging from Global Strategic Management to Differentiating Leadership Performance. He has also been active in graduate and post-graduate level curriculum development, book reviews, publishing academic research, and teaching. 

In addition to his educational and business accomplishments, Dr. Bellamy serves his community through engagement in local activities including an assortment of community associations, church events, fund raising car shows, and air show events. He is a respected researcher, consultant, educator and leader-manager practitioner.
