Dr. Bradley Fowler
Master's Chair/Adjunct Professor
Dr. Bradley Fowler is an adjunct faculty and Master's program chair with Capitol Technology University for the Master of Research in Cyberpsychology and Ph.D. in Cybersecurity. He is a general Alumni Council member at American Public University Systems, as well as a member of the E-Learning Guild, Webmaster Association, and National Cybersecurity Student Association. He is a peer review analyst for the National Cyberwatch Association and a lifetime member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Dr. Fowler is the owner of Construction EMarketing, a small digital marketing and website development business.
Dr. Fowler has written many works including Cybersecurity Public Policy SWOT Analysis for 43 Countries (co-author) published by Routledge Taylor & Francis and CRC Press, AWS for Public and Private Sector Cloud Computing Architecture for Government and Business published by Apress, Information Assurance Risk Management Strategies for Managing Information Systems and Technology in the Cloud published by Apress, and Cyberpsychology Can Help Us Understand Cybercrime published by Nova Science Publishers.
His latest book, co-authored with Bruce G. Chaundy and set to release in February 2025, is titled Cybersecurity Leadership for Healthcare Organizations and Institutions of Higher Education. It explores current cybersecurity trends and effective software applications, AI, and decision-making processes to combat cyberattacks.
In April 2011, he earned a Paralegal Certificate from U.S. Career Institute and began volunteering with the American Alliance for Paralegals, Inc. as the Webmaster, which he enjoyed for two years.
Dr. Fowler earned both his Collaborative Institute Training Initiative (CITI) Certificate in Doctoral Research in September 2022, and a Master of Research in Cyberpsychology in August 2023 (Summa Cum Laude) from Capitol Technology University. Prior, he earned both a Master of Science in Cybersecurity in 2018 and a Master of Science in Managing Information Systems in 2021 (Summa Cum Laude) from Bellevue University. He received both a Master of Science in Cloud Computing Architecture in 2022 (Cum Laude) and a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance in 2023 from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He also earned a Master of Public Policy in Cybersecurity Policy from American Public University Systems in 2022 (Summa Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Arts in eMarketing in 2015 (Cum Laude), and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with Technology in 2016 (Summa Cum Laude) from University of Arizona Global Campus. Currently, he is completing a Doctor of Management Information Systems and Technology at University of Phoenix, where he was inducted into the National Society of Leadership & Success, and an Ed.D. in Education Administration at California Coast University. He received his Ph.D. in Cybersecurity Leadership from Capitol Technology University.
Current advancements in his field include emerging concepts and theories being introduced and innovatively deployed. In the fields of cybersecurity, cybersecurity public policy, cloud computing architecture, and cyberpsychology, there is a feverish development of ideology, increasing awareness in training and development, new security mitigation strategies, innovative information assurance risk management, and as always, an abundance of research from a global scope of thinking that is spearheading the industry and its interconnected industries to increased levels of consciousness.
In his free time, he enjoys roller skating, researching industry related news, and mapping his dissertation, news articles, and manuscripts for new textbooks and online course development.

Some helpful advice that he offers his students is: Never give up on yourself. When it seems overwhelming, step away for a while and clear your mind and then come back and start again. Eventually, you will overcome the obstacle that you assume is in your path.
