30+ years of academia, commercial, government and international technology and business management experience including winning and managing many large-scale IT, cyber, cloud and mission-operation programs. Have served in many executive positions for Corporate Strategic Campaigns, Service Line, Chief Technology Office, Line of Business, Account management, Business Development, Performance Excellence and Program Management.
A well-recognized professional and an honoree for the IBM Industry Academy, PriSM® Distinguished Professional for the IT Service Management Forum and for the IEEE Distinguished Visitor Program for 2005-2010. Former ISO US Delegate for ISO 20000-1 and former Chief Editor for ISO 20000-11 and co-editor for ISO 20000-13. Awardee for the 2013 “Executive of the Year” from the Asian American Engineer of the Year Program; the 2009 “Paul C. T. Liu Distinguished Alumni” Award from Hawaii Pacific University; the 2006 “Most Outstanding Business Developer” Award from Northrop Grumman; and the 2004 “Most Innovative Knowledge Management Implementation” from the US eGov.
Have two Masters of Science degrees, a Doctoral Degree in Business Management, ABT* Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences and credentials from several Executive Training Programs. Have extensive public speaking and 16+ years of college and graduate school lecturing experience. Numerous professional and technical certifications including PMI PMP, ITIL® Expert, ITIL® accredited instructor, Scrum Master, HP OpenView Developer, NerveCenter Developer and BMC Developer.
