Rebeca Hassan

Rebeca is an information management professional with over 12 years of progressive experience across the private, public and nonprofit sectors. In her current role at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) she manages the development and delivery of online learning programs for government officials across the world and leverages her data science background to continuously identify better ways to increase engagement and learning gains.
Prior to joining the IMF, Rebeca worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). Throughout her career, she accumulated significant experience implementing IT and BPO programs for global online technology and operations companies and promptly discovered that she thrives when collaborating in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
Rebeca, a Fulbright scholar, holds a BS in Systems Engineering and a MS in Information Management. She currently serves as a member of the Capitol Technology University Board of Trustees.
