Michael Plass

Michael Plass is Vice President and Director for Systems Integration in the U.S. Federal Government Markets Division of Motorola Solutions Sales and Service, Inc. He is responsible for pre-sale design and post-sale deployment, and all engineering and program-management for Motorola’s Federal government activities worldwide. Mr. Plass leads a diverse team of engineers and program managers and supports division business requirements and growth initiatives. Prior to serving as Vice President, Mr. Plass was the Director of Systems Integration, the Director of Quality, and served in several technical and management positions within the company over the course of his 25-year career with Motorola. In addition to his role on the Board of Trustees, he has also served Capitol Technology University as a past member of the MBA advisory committee and the technical advisory board. Mr. Plass earned his BS degree from Capitol Technology University and his MBA  from Loyola University.
