Mary McGuire

As a lean consultant with over 20 years of experience in leading process improvement initiatives across various industries, I help organizations achieve transformable results through lean six sigma methodologies. I have a six-sigma black belt certification and a master's degree in management. My core competencies include lean training, kaizen facilitation, operations and engineering improvements, quality systems implementation, and continuous improvement culture creation.

My most recent full-time role was as a global engineering manager at Vertiv, where I started the lean transformation in engineering with the Vertiv Operating System (VOS). I led the VOS engineering steering team, conducted lean PD maturity assessments, and created monthly communication to the global engineering community. I am passionate about continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring, and STEM education. I have received multiple awards for my lean leadership, mentoring, and alumni service.
